Yong Lee Laundry Services has been in business since 1974 and has been growing ever since it was established over 30 years ago. We have computer controlled laundry machine and dry clean machine to cater for different types of fabrics that are being washed or dry cleaned. We also specialize in providing laundry services and dry cleaning to all spa and massage centre, hair salons, walk-in customers and home delivery customers.
Our mission is to provide washing with greatest care, high laundry standards, prompt delivery and customer satisfaction.
Our team of dedicated and experienced staff will ensure that every single process from collection, washing and delivery will be handled with greatest care.

Conditions of Service
- All articles must be claimed within one month from date of receipt.
- Customers are encouraged to check items immediately upon delivery. Otherwise a $10 transport surcharge will be imposed for request to pick up/return unsatisfactory or missing items within the next 48 hours after the delivery is made. Claims made after 48 hours will not be valid.
- No liability can be accepted for defects or damage becoming apparent after treatment which are due to defective manufacture or deterioration caused by wear and tear.
- Liability for lost or damaged is limited to the fair value of the article (maximum S$100) at the time it was received. Fair value takes into depreciation in value due to age, fashion, usage, and shall not exceed S$100 for each article. All claims are to be made within two days upon delivery of the articles.
- Stains will be removed at the customer's risk and complete removal may not be always possible.
- All ornaments and buttons like plastic, glass, metal types, etc, must be removed by customers before cleaning. We will not bear responsibility for lost of any item or parts of garment.
- Customers are reminded that it is an offence under the Quarantine and Prevention of Disease Ordinance to send bedding, clothing or other articles which have been in contact with infectious diseases to a public wash house.
- The article, whether partially or completely damaged, will be retained by Yong Lee Laundry Services upon settlement of claim.
- Delivery and collection is free with an order of more than $80.00. A $5.00 delivery fee will be charged for orders below $80 and minimum order shall be above $30.
Delivery and Collection
- Clothes will be collected based on scheduled date.
- Delivery will be made within 5 working days. Turnaround time may be extended during peak season (eg. During festive seasons like Chinese New Year etc)
- Delivery and collection is free with a minimum order of $80.00. A $5.00 delivery fee will be charged for orders below $80 and minimum orders shall be $30

too expensive. surcharges apply when you dont meet their minimum which is $80. too high in my opinion.
