We are a professional dryclean and laundry service provider in Singapore established since year 2000.   We specialize in providing laundry collection and delivery to your door step, thus saving you time and money. Washing is done with greatest care using carefully selected laundry and also our drycleaning machinery. Ironing is skillfully done by our full time ironer on a vacuum finishing table that leaves your clothes looking neat and fresh. Other services include: Curtains, Fabric sofa covers, stuff toys, removal and installation of curtains, carpet shampooing, leather cleaning.

Conditions of Service

  1. Prices are based on standard item only and are subjected to change without prior notice.
  2. Free collection and delivery; minimal of S$15.
  3. Payment in advance.
  4. All articles must be claimed within one month from the date of receipt.
  5. All articles are accepted at owner's risk.
  6. We will not be responsible for shrinkage, fading, fastness of color, defect due to manufacture, buttons or ornaments that cannot withstand cleaning or pressing or wear and tear due to the processing of cleaning.
  7. If any articles has been lost through our negligence or in the event of fire, our liability shall be limited to 10 times the regular service charge for each article. Such claim shall be deemed not to exceed S$150.00 for each article.
  8. All claims must be made with original receipt.
  9. Customers are advised to check the articles at the time of collection. The Company will not bear any responsibility once the articles have been collected.

Delivery and Collection

Due to the increase of petrol & raw materials prices, we have adjusted our minimum to $15.00 for FREE Collection & Delivery.

    Appointment delayed for 2days and damaged my Armani Jacket, return back color run after dry cleaning. Customer service staff was bad in service. Very very bad experience. Cheap and lousy, not recommended

    Customer service wise they r good. friendly. timely. But the cleaning wise sucks. my small carpet they have minimum charge of $70. but it comes back still looking yellow. my sofa cover was charged at $22 but it looks as if they didn't do any cleaning at all. all the stains are still there, not even a lightening of the stains, doesn't smell clean either. like as if they collected my sofa cover from me, folded it and straight away put into a plastic bag and returned to me. i've used a different laundry company previously to clean the same items several times before. each time these items came back, i could see the clean difference. but not for white wash. this is my first and LAST time using white wash.

    I have used their service a couple of times and had given the lady on the line the benefit of doubt that she could be busy so the tone wasn't too friendly. On my recent attempt(silly of me to have sign up the membership after the 2nd try), she has told me that they do not pick up laundry in the evening at my area and will not be offering the service. Note this is an arrangement that she had made previously. I had even explain to her nicely that I know evening could be an exception and she could check with her driver first. What makes me even angry is she kept denying that the service was being offered before. Angie is the lady whom I always speak with. She is rude, impatient and has zero customer service. The only saving grace is the driver who picks up your laundry. A very helpful and accomodating guy. Do not use their service if you have a choice.

    Competitive price but Very bad service attitude. They do business as though you owe them a living. Impatient tone. Use only if desperate for low cost. My pride costs more than that.

    I just read the comments before mine aft I posted. It just tells a lot about the company when pple gave negative feedback using a "name" instead of staying anonymous. And it certainly doesn't make sense to praise someone without leaving a name. And yes, I agree to the comments on the lady who mans the line. She is just rude. It wld be real bad if she is the boss.

    Very disappointed and upset about your after-sales services. Were never punctual in appointments. My curtains returned but without my curtain ropes. Called the office and arranged for delivery between 2-4pm but never came. Tried calling office but no one is answering. Called office again to enquire on a separate day, however, the office gal who answered the line was very RUDE. She never listens to what had happened and simply says: she needs to check the system and she is not aware of what is happening. How is she going to know when she don't even listen? What kind of customer service is this? She evens cuts off my line when I haven't finish what I wanted to say! When I told the gal that it's your mistake that my curtain ropes didn't return in the first place, she simply wants to push the blame to others as she is unaware of what had happened. Will never use nor recommend your service again.

    Sent 3 winter clothing to laundy and when it came back, the cream colour jacket has a patch of black stain on it (looks like some colour run stain or ink stain). The other beige jacket that originally has dirt stain on the sleeve and which I already highlighted to the delivery man is still there. I will not ever use their services again.
