Cotton Care is dedicated to helping you achieve a quality lifestyle by taking the most dreaded chore of ironing and laundry cleaning off your to-do list.   As we handle mainly household items, it gives us the edge to handle large volumes of laundry and dry cleaning all year round without discounting on efficiency, reliability and hygiene.

Besides collecting, cleaning and delivering laundry, Cotton Care also provides on-site services like curtains removal and installation, sofa cleaning, beddings disinfection, and carpet shampooing.

Turnaround Time

7 days (including Saturdays and Sundays), 4 working days minimum upon request. For 2 - 3 working days,  there will be a surcharge of 1.5x the normal price.

Calling for a Laundry Pick Up
Just call or sms us. Provide us your name, address, contact number(s), date & time available. We shall arrange a pick up time with you.

Laundry Collection Process
Our collector will call you when he is near your area. If the phone is not answered, an sms will be sent to remind you. He will not attempt to go if he does not hear from you.

During laundry collection, the collector will

  • do a preliminary physical count and check of the items;
  • advise you on the price of the items.

Upon laundry collection, you will be issued an invoice stating:

  • your name, address, contact numbers;
  • date collected and expected date of return;
  • the number of items collected.

Please check that they are all correct.

Please inform the collector to indicate as well any special request, such as:

  • a preferred method of handling or attention to certain item/s;
  • a sooner or later turnaround time;
  • a different delivery address;
  • a stain or stains on your garments.

You may pay in advance or pay only when we return your laundry.

Checking & Informing
The soiled laundry will reach our factory either on the collection day or the following day. Before processing, your laundry will be checked again for any inconsistencies (such as the number of items and price) or damages. If any, you will be informed before we proceed to clean. There may be an amendment to the price at this stage.

Returning of Cleaned Laundry
Our collector will call or sms you when your laundry is due for return. If he can't reach you for 3 consecutive days, your laundry will be returned to the factory for safe keeping. Please reschedule with our office when you are available. Upon receiving your laundry, please check through the items.

Peak Seasons & Peak Hours
Peak seasons: 1 month before Chinese New Year or Hari Raya Puasa, December Holidays, June Holidays.
Turn around time may be extended.
Peak hours for pick up & delivery:
Weekdays: 8-10pm. Saturdays/Sundays: morning

    Laundry service not delivered on time. Sometimes, they take more than 2 weeks! Too expensive for the quality of service.

    Found out their curtain guy (Chinese middle aged man) quoted different price for the same curtains that was dry cleaned. We paid $200 for the dry cleaning and a year later our tenant paid $140. What a dishonest and deplorable way of doing business!!! Whats their credo of 'giving back' as claimed on their website?

    How can they be allowed to operate when they do not honor their words in this competitive business. The price on the website is totally bullshit. We paid much more because they will mark up the price after you started giving them repeated services. There are many better ones around so do not use them.

    DISHONEST PHILIPINO WOMAN CUSTOMER SERVICE WHO MANNED THE TELEPHONE DENIED AND LIED THAT THEY DID NOT LOSE THE SHIRT. IT WAS CLEARLY WRITTEN ON THE INVOICE BY THEIR STAFF. THEY TOTALLY RAN OFF WITHOUT COMPENSATING US. PLEASE DO NOT EVER GIVE YOUR LAUNDRY TO COTTON CARE.

    By far the worst service provider I ever had to deal with in Singapore. They are quick to get your business but extremely poor to deliver good service. They postponed their delivery 3 times at my expense. Don't deal with them if you want peace of mind!

    Price list posted here is different from what I have paid for for example I paid $17.50 for winter coat(M) and $7 for scarf. Felt very cheated. After reading very bad review about them now I am worried my clothes will be damaged by them.

    Damaged my expensive wool sweater by hanging. Shoulders was so stretch that it never went back even after steaming. I give them another chance, but this time ruin one side of my S$450 suede shoes by bleaching it. Luckily I've wore them for about 15 times already, & did not ask for a compensation. I was extremely accommodating by giving them one more try. I told them not to repeat mistake again by hanging knitwear that can stretch, and all 5 pieces should be folded instead. Yet they came back on hangers again!!! And all the shoulder parts are of course damaged. I have given many chances but they just can't do the job properly & professionally. Never send your garments for them to ruin. Beware!

    Was not turn up on their mentioned day to return the clean clothes. N had told them the clothes was needed as husband need it for winter clothes! Sigh very disappointed in their service. Never use their service anymore.

    First time engaging Cotton Care. Customer care officer booked the wrong day for collection thus wasted my time waiting. On the day of collection and return, tend to change the schedule. Quite a hassle dealing with them on logistic wise. Quality of cleaning is acceptable.
